Our passion for traditional, local food combined with the desire to show Tuscia to the rest of the world gives us the chance to create great traditional dishes with a modern twist, using only the best produce from our region. The perfect mix between past and future makes our Risto sulla Via the right solution for both private and corporate events. All our dishes are prepared on site using a selection of the best local products – some of which gluten-free - by renowned local brands of Tuscia, such as Campagna Amica Coldiretti and Chicche della Tuscia. All our dishes are stylishly served on environmentally friendly materials.
