Cari amici,
Come già saprete, dal mese di giugno, la nostra frazione di Trucco è diventata casa del 𝕭𝖎𝖗𝖗𝖎𝖋𝖎𝖈𝖎𝖔 𝖉𝖊𝖑𝖑𝖆 𝕮𝖔𝖓𝖙𝖊𝖆 , un nuova realtà che, insieme ai campi sportivi, al nostro ristorante e a tutte le altre attività si dà da fare per far vivere il nostro borgo.
In virtù dell’amicizia e dello spirito di convivialità abbiamo pensato a quattro cene speciali accompagnate dalle diverse tipologie di birre prodotte a Km 0 dal già affermato mastro birraio Gabriele Genduso.
Vogliamo portarvi a conoscere il birrificio e successivamente a cena a Casa Buono!
Alle 19:30 l’appuntamento è al birrificio per conoscere gli spazi della lavorazione della birra e in seguito dove verrà servito l’aperitivo.
Successivamente, la cena continuerà a Casa Buono (a pochi passi). Serviremo un menu più rilassato e confortevole adatto ad una serata in compagnia di buoni amici, comfort food e soprattutto birra!

As you may already know, since June, our small hamlet of Trucco has become home to the Birrificio della Contea, a new venture that, together with the sports fields, our restaurant, and all the other activities, works hard to keep our village vibrant.
Driven by friendship and a spirit of conviviality, we have planned four special dinners paired with the various types of locally produced craft b**rs by established master brewer Gabriele Genduso.
We want to take you to discover the brewery and then join us for dinner at Casa Buono.
At 7:30 PM, we will meet at the brewery to tour the b**r-making facilities, followed by the aperitif.
Afterwards, the dinner will continue at Casa Buono (just a short walk away). We will serve a more relaxed and comforting menu, perfect for an evening in the company of good friends, comfort food, and above all, b**r!
