It offers its guest meat and fish-based specialties. The Hotel’s main building features an elegant restaurant offering the best of Venetian cuisine in a cozy and quite environment. Meals are also served in the gardens overlooking the canal featuring its private dock. The menu includes meat and fish-based dishes (including shell fish and crustaceans artfully prepared by the Hotel’s own Chef, as well as as well special meals prepared on as volcanic rock slabs). The wine list includes products selected from the best regional (Veneto/Friuli Venezia Giulia), national, and international wineries. The Hotel’s guests are extended a 30% on à la carte meals and wines selected from the list.
