How it started ➡️how it’s going.

Made with the freshest produce harvested daily at our Isola delle Rose Garden, our Garden Triumph combines the most decadent eggplants, zucchini, fresh tomatoes and bell peppers, all topped with our signature leafy herbs pesto and served with a special touch of Parmigiano Reggiano.

Pictured here are Chef and our Executive Chef collecting some fresh zucchini at our Orto (or garden), which will later be used to prepare this exquisite dish 🍅🥬.
