Dall’altra GIÙAMMARE OSTERIA CONTEMPORANEA dove il mare, il pescato locale, la cucina contemporanea e la pizza cotta nel forno a legna si incontrano a tavola.

Ottobre ha un modo tutto suo di farsi vivere.

La luce cambia, le giornate si fanno più morbide e la veranda del Botanico diventa il posto giusto per concedersi un aperitivo, davanti a una vista che merita di essere guardata senza fretta.

Canne Bianche has been awarded the MICHELIN Key for 2026, following its first recognition in 2024 and its reconfirmation in 2025.

Three years, one special journey and the same little things that make Canne Bianche what it is:
the sea at our doorstep, the warmth of Puglia, thoughtful details and a slower way of living.

We’re truly happy to see this journey continue.

Who said summer is over?

Here, the sea is still calling, the sun is still warming our days, and time keeps moving at its own, slower pace.

September has a rhythm of its own: unhurried swims, afternoons by the pool, and days that seem to have no intention of coming to an end.

Da un piatto che non avevi mai immaginato così.
