The final chapter of Tra Cielo e Syrene unfolded in the September light.
On Sunday, September 13, Lumina Costiera brought the season to a close between the colours of sunset, the Gulf of Naples and the warm notes of live jazz. At La Pergola and Il Costiera Bar, fine food and contemporary mixology accompanied the evening, while Villa Pompeiana welcomed the Fine Dining experience in an intimate atmosphere shaped by the sound of the piano.
A final gathering suspended between music, flavour and Mediterranean light, celebrating the beauty of September and the moments that defined our summer.

Ci sono incontri che sembrano destinati ad accadere.

Il Bellevue Syrene e Chef Gennaro Esposito scelgono di unire le proprie storie per dare vita a un nuovo progetto di ospitalità gastronomica italiana.
Un incontro nato nella stessa terra e dalla condivisione di valori profondi: il rispetto per il territorio, la ricerca della qualità, la cultura dell’accoglienza e il desiderio di continuare a evolvere senza perdere il legame con le proprie radici.

Da oltre due secoli il Bellevue Syrene custodisce a Sorrento un’idea di ospitalità fatta di cura, bellezza e identità. Oggi questa storia incontra quella dello Chef Gennaro Esposito e del ristorante La Torre del Saracino, costruita in oltre trentacinque anni attraverso una cucina profondamente mediterranea, fondata sulla materia prima, sulla ricerca e sulla memoria.

Dal 17 settembre, La Torre del Saracino inizierà un nuovo percorso all’interno del Bellevue Syrene, mantenendo il proprio nome, la propria identità e la propria filosofia gastronomica.

Ma questo incontro va oltre il ristorante. È l’inizio di un progetto destinato a svilupparsi nel tempo e a mettere sempre più in dialogo cucina e ospitalità, coinvolgendo progressivamente i diversi momenti dell’esperienza Bellevue Syrene.

Due storie, due identità, radici comuni.

Da oggi, una nuova storia da scrivere insieme.

A commitment to art that becomes a commitment to Sorrento.
As part of the Museo Correale’s “Adotta un’opera” initiative, Bellevue Syrene chose to support the restoration of Hunting Scene by David de Coninck, funding the conservation of the painting and welcoming the restoration process within the hotel itself.

Over the course of the intervention, the work gradually revealed a renewed clarity and depth: the extraordinary texture of the animals, the figures of the hunters and details long obscured by time emerged once again, restoring the composition to its full visual strength.

On August 31, the restored painting was presented in Sala Mimmo Jodice, before the story of its restoration continued at Villa Pompeiana through images and insights retracing the different stages of the conservation process.

For us, taking part in “Adotta un’opera” means contributing to the preservation of Sorrento’s cultural heritage and nurturing the dialogue between hospitality, art and memory that has always been part of our identity.
