Domaine du Cellier aux Moines, located in Givry, has, besides its beautiful Pinot noir cuvées, a range of striking white wines from Puligny, Santenay, Montagny, as well as this profound 1er cru from Chassagne-Montrachet.
Les Chaumées sits on the northern edge of Chassagne, near Saint-Aubin, on the upper slope, on a very stony soil, with a perfect east to south-east exposition. It blends the power of Chassagne with the tense and fresh backbone of this calcareous soil. A beauty. Available in tiny quantities.💥
