Enrico Buonocore ha creato un ristorante squisitamente italiano ma dal sapore internazionale il cui motto è da sempre “togliamo la cravatta al pesce”. Specialità: dall'iconico banco del crudo sfilano plateaux di ostriche francesi di varia tipologia, cappesante bretoni, gamberi di Mazara e scampi di Manfredonia. Coquillages, carpacci e tartare sono abbinati a piatti della tradizione mediterranea, al pescato di giornata e alle catalane di crostacei.
