In the dairy sector, the final packaging stage is increasingly shaped by the need to manage variability without compromising production continuity.

Producers of packaged cheese work with solid products in different shapes and formats, often already protected in shrink film or sealed trays.

This means keeping production rates stable, reducing downtime during format changeovers, making the best use of available factory space and controlling operating costs, while maintaining the reliability of the line.

To meet these requirements, an automatic solution has been developed for integration upstream with thermoforming and tray sealing machines, consisting of a vertical case packer and a compact Cartesian palletiser.
