Behind the green door, the candles are lit, the tables are set, and every detail finds its place. The room wraps you in its warmth of velvet, wood and silence, a timeless elegance suspended between past and present.

From the highest peaks of the Dolomites, the place from which this restaurant takes its name, the view opens onto boundless horizons.

Some friendships are forged in a kitchen.

In 2009, at Piazza Duomo in Alba, Alessandro Martellini and Enrico Crippa earned the second Michelin star together. What began as a professional encounter became something deeper, a bond that has traveled through the years and will find its place, on June 20, around a table in Val Gardena.

That evening, forget the formality you might expect from a starred dinner. What Alessandro and Enrico have created together is something different: dishes passed from hand to hand, conversations that spring up naturally, the warmth of a table that feels like a family table even when the cooking is extraordinary.

In 2011, at Villa Feltrinelli, Alessandro was the master and Antonio the young student taking his first steps. Thirteen years have passed, and on June 19 they will stand side by side as equals, creating together a menu that carries the weight of that shared history.

This is what the Tyrol has always believed in: that the finest investment you can make is in people. In the talent you nurture, in the time you give, in the moment you step aside and let someone grow beside you.
