🎨 Leonà, ma che stai a disegnà?
Se presenta ar ristorante. Barba lunga, cappello, aria da uno che pensa troppo. Me dice: “Nonno, ho fame e ho perso l’ispirazione.”
“Siedete”, je faccio io.
Prima della carbonara: silenzio. Taccuino chiuso. Sguardo nel vuoto.
Dopo la carbonara: ha tirato fuori er taccuino e in dieci minuti ha disegnato l’Uomo Vitruviano.
Io je stavo a guardà e je faccio: “Leonà, ma è bellissimo.”
E lui: “Nonno Melo, era tutto nella carbonara.”
Venite a trova’ l’ispirazione anche voi. Vi aspetto. 🍝

He walks in. Long beard, beret, the look of someone who thinks too much. He says: “Nonno, I’m hungry and I’ve lost my inspiration.”
“Sit down,” I told him.
Before the carbonara: silence. Notebook closed. Staring into nothing.
After the carbonara: he pulled out his notebook and in ten minutes drew the Vitruvian Man.
I watched him and said: “Leo, that’s beautiful.”
And he said: “Nonno Melo, it was all in the carbonara.”
