A preview of the menu of the holidays:
Crispy Polenta in a brown paper bag with sauce of red turnips and shavings of fresh chees;
Anchovies pie with potatoes au gratin and buffalo mozzarella;
Wholemeal Fettuccine with artichokes of the season, cream of smoked buffalo at the beech and mint;
Tonnarello With Pistachios, tomato confit to the scent of lime and red prawns;
Burnt of cheek with pumpkin and broccoli romano;
Fillets of piggy in plum sauce with thyme and cinnamon.
