🇮🇹Il pane, per noi, è il primo modo per dire benvenuto. Lo lavoriamo a mano e lo lasciamo lievitare con calma, senza fretta, perché il tempo è parte della ricetta. Ogni giorno lo sforniamo fresco: grissini croccanti, morbide focacce, pagnotte dorate, forme che cambiano con l'estro del momento ma che portano sempre lo stesso profumo familiare.

🇬🇧Bread, for us, is the first way we say welcome. We shape it by hand and let it rise slowly, without rushing, because time is part of the recipe. Every day we bake it fresh: crisp breadsticks, soft focaccia, golden loaves, shapes that shift with the mood of the moment but always carry that same familiar smell.

🇮🇹Ogni piatto inizia come un ricordo, molto prima di diventare un sapore. Il nostro chef è cresciuto in cucina, portando avanti un sogno fin da bambino. Si ricorda sua madre preparare tutto da zero: il sugo, il pane, la pasta. Con tempo, cura e lentezza. Oggi porta lo stesso spirito in ogni piatto, scegliendo con cura i prodotti che usa e cucinando per emozionare chi lo assaggia.

🇬🇧Every dish begins as a memory, long before it becomes a flavor. Our chef grew up in the kitchen, carrying a dream since he was a child. He remembers his mother making everything from scratch: the sauce, the bread, the pasta. With time, care, and patience. Today he brings that same spirit to every plate, choosing his ingredients with care and cooking to move something in the people who taste it.
