Nel 2018 nasce a Positano Ohima’, frutto del sogno dello chef Luigi Collina e di sua sorella Francesca. L’idea è stata quella di ridare vita all’ex sartoria dove la madre ha lavorato per diversi anni, trasformando uno spazio ricco di storia in un luogo in cui raccontare i sapori genuini della cucina positanese, in chiave moderna. Il nome stesso del locale è un tributo alla madre e al legame indiss

olubile e viscerale che li unisce. La filosofia culinaria di Ohima’ si basa sull’attenzione per le materie prime di massima qualità e sulla fusione di tradizione e innovazione. La sua cucina offre un viaggio tra i sapori unici della tradizione positanese, dando vita a piatti che raccontano una storia, fatta di legami con la terra e con ricette del passato, rivisitate secondo la personale visione di Luigi. This is where fabrics were chosen by touch, details were finished by hand, and every piece took shape through patience, precision and care.

Today, the materials have changed, yet the way of working remains deeply familiar.

We choose ingredients with the same attention.
We respect their character.

We give each preparation the time it deserves.
Ohima’ is my project dedicated to my mother, inspired by the craftsmanship that has always lived within this place.
