Un delizioso locale all’aperto

La storia di questo locale trova le sue origini in tempi lontani, intrecciandosi con le vicende dei primi Padri Passionisti e si è pian piano sviluppata fino ai giorni nostri: In occasione di un periodo di siccità P Giovanni Battista, fratello di S. Paolo della Croce, rinveniva nel 1783 una sorgente, le cui acque consentirono alla giovane comunità di sopravvivere e prosperare nel tempo: Il luogo è poi divenuto con il passare degli anni un punto di incontro e di ristoro per i pellegrini che compivano il proprio cammino di fede fino alla Casa Madre dell’ordine Passionista e per la popolazione locale che nel corso del tempo si è trovata ad affrontare tempi difficili. Oggi in quel luogo sorge, immerso in un bosco di querce, il ristoro “la Sorgente”, un caratteristico locale all’aperto che propone specialità tipiche toscane e offre a tutti, dopo severi controlli, la possibilità di bere l’acqua, che oggi come allora, sgorga fresca e pura dall’antica sorgente.

Grazie a chi ha lavorato con noi, a chi è passato a trovarci e a chi, anche quest’anno, ha scelto La Sorgente.

Ci portiamo dietro tanti momenti belli e la voglia di tornare.

L’ultimo pranzo dell’anno alla Sorgente. 🤍

Oggi ci godiamo l’ultimo servizio della stagione, con la cucina accesa ancora per un pranzo insieme.

Poi ci fermiamo per qualche mese. Grazie a chi è passato da qui, a chi è tornato e a chi ha fatto della Sorgente una delle sue tappe dell’estate.

Ci rivediamo nel 2027. 🌿

L’ultimo weekend alla Sorgente è alle porte. 🤍

Venerdì, sabato e domenica saremo qui per l’ultima volta in questa stagione.

Se vi manca ancora qualche specialità della Sorgente da provare, questo è il momento: il prossimo sarà l’ultimo fine settimana del 2026.

Poi ci fermeremo per un po’. Ma prima ci piacerebbe salutarvi come si deve, davanti a un buon piatto e con qualche ultimo brindisi insieme. 🌿

Le giornate rallentano, ma alla Sorgente vogliamo esserci ancora un po’. Per tutto il mese ci troverete venerdì, sabato e domenica, con i nostri soliti orari di bar e cucina.
