🇬🇧 Every dish takes shape one gesture at a time.

A precise cut, a delicate movement, an element carefully placed. Preparation unfolds through a series of thoughtful details, each contributing to the final composition.

It is during this stage, often unseen by those seated at the table, that every detail finds its place.

🇬🇧 The rolling hills, the olive trees, the cypress trees and, at the heart of it all, Castello del Trebbio.
This is the landscape that surrounds La Sosta del Gusto.

A place that is part of our story, and that we find again in our cuisine, in our products and in the way we choose to welcome you.

Because here, the land is not simply what surrounds us. It is part of who we are.

🇬🇧 Pazzesco is made from a single Merlot vineyard at Castello del Trebbio, among the same hills that frame La Sosta del Gusto.

Here, it meets a Tuscan cuisine that takes tradition as its starting point and interprets it with a contemporary perspective.

For us, telling the story of the land also means this: finding it again on the plate and in the glass.

🇬🇧 The stone tells the story of time.
The wood brings warmth.
The table, with its thoughtful details, sets the stage for the experience.

The interiors of La Sosta del Gusto are shaped by the meeting of the Castello del Trebbio’s history and a contemporary approach to hospitality, defined by care, simplicity, and attention to detail.

🇬🇧 People coming together, conversations that linger, one toast after another, and the pleasure of sharing a special day.

At La Sosta del Gusto, conviviality begins this way: with the pleasure of being together, sharing the table, and letting the beauty of the surroundings become part of the experience.

🇬🇧 One last taste, a glass still on the table, conversations that linger, and the pleasure of taking your time.
This is also how a dining experience comes to an end: letting flavour accompany
the final moments, with the same care and attention with which it all began.

🇬🇧 For us, choosing our ingredients means making the most of what the land has to offer, respecting the rhythms of nature and supporting a supply chain built on care, quality and conscious choices.

Because sustainability is not simply a choice, but a way of approaching the kitchen: with respect, care and responsibility in every detail.

🇬🇧 A beautifully set table among the hills, guests gathered together, and the sunset accompanying every toast. This is where the reception becomes an experience shaped by shared moments, genuine emotions, and thoughtful details that come together to tell the story of an unforgettable wedding.

🇬🇧 Every wedding deserves a menu that tells its own story.

A thoughtfully crafted cuisine designed to accompany every moment of the celebration with balance and elegance, where carefully selected ingredients, meticulous attention to detail, and authentic flavours come together to create an experience meant to be shared.

Because life's most beautiful moments are often celebrated around the table, and it is the smallest details that make them truly unforgettable.
