Un luogo che viviamo da sempre, il ruscello dove Edoardo, sin da ragazzino, veniva a giocare e a entrare in contatto con la natura. Un percorso di vita che, attraverso mille curve, lo ha condotto a costruire il microcosmo di Podere Belvedere, dove la bellezza è il frutto di uno studio paziente e di un’armonia finalmente ritrovata.
Un luogo in cui il gusto si lega a doppio filo alla natura che lo circonda e alla sua continua indagine, attraverso il recupero di saperi antichi e la loro rilettura contemporanea. Una cucina che nasce dalla terra, dalla memoria e dall’ascolto profondo di un paesaggio, per trasformarsi in un racconto sempre nuovo.
