Il 28 dicembre il Ristorante La Fonte ha chiuso le sue porte.
È una frase che non avremmo mai pensato di scrivere, e invece eccoci qui, con il cuore pieno di emozioni.
Dopo tanti anni di lavoro, sacrifici, risate, stanchezza, soddisfazioni e tavoli pieni, è arrivato per noi il momento della pensione. Una scelta non facile, ma sentita.
Vogliamo dire GRAZIE, dal profondo del cuore.
Grazie a tutti i clienti che ci hanno scelto, sostenuto, aspettato, consigliato e che sono tornati nel tempo diventando parte della nostra storia. Alcuni di voi non erano più solo clienti, ma amici, famiglia.
Un grazie enorme va anche a tutto il personale che negli anni ha lavorato con noi: chi è passato anche solo per una stagione e chi invece ha condiviso lunghi tratti di strada. Senza di voi nulla sarebbe stato possibile.
Il Ristorante La Fonte non è stato solo un lavoro, ma una parte importante della nostra vita.
Ogni piatto, ogni servizio, ogni serata piena e anche quelle più difficili resteranno per sempre nei nostri ricordi.
Vi abbracciamo tutti, uno ad uno, e vi diciamo grazie per aver reso questo viaggio così speciale.
Ci porteremo con noi ogni sorriso e ogni momento vissuto insieme.

🇬🇧 On December 28th, Ristorante La Fonte closed its doors.
It’s something we never imagined writing, and yet here we are, with hearts full of emotions.
After many years of hard work, sacrifices, laughter, tired days, great satisfaction and full tables, the time has come for us to retire.
It hasn’t been an easy decision, but it comes from the heart.
We want to say a huge THANK YOU.
Thank you to all our customers who chose us, supported us, waited for us, recommended us, and kept coming back over the years, becoming part of our story. Many of you were not just customers, but friends and family.
A very special thank you also goes to all the staff who worked with us over the years: those who stayed for a short time and those who shared a long journey with us. Without you, none of this would have been possible.
Ristorante La Fonte has not just been a job, but a very important part of our lives.
Every dish, every service, every busy night and even the difficult ones will always stay in our memories.
We truly thank you all, one by one, for making this journey so special.
We will carry every smile and every moment spent together with us forever.
