Antico Borgo di Lu Puleu un borgo ormai disabitato accoglie i propri ospiti in camere che erano le vecchie casette degli abit

Il Borgo Lu Puleu è un autentico villaggio rurale che affonda le proprie origini nel XVIII secolo. Il borgo è costituito da uno sparuto gruppetto di case basse, in pietra, alternate a piazzali di diverse dimensioni, cortili, e giardini per lo più ricoperti da un rigoglioso manto di prato sardo (rustico), interrotto e protetto da muretti a secco e monoliti di pietra lavorati dal vento, oltre che da vegetazione spontanea tipica della macchia mediterranea. Il borgo sorge in cima ad una collina (circa 500 metri sul livello del mare) che guarda ad est, verso il monte Limbara e le sue incontaminate vallate, e ad ovest verso la valle del fiume Coghinas che corre come uno specchiato serpente verso il mare, e quindi l'infinità di quest'ultimo dove si vede calare il sole in un tripudio di colori. Il Borgo domina entrambe le valli, regalando ai suoi ospiti una suggestiva prospettiva. La vostra favola inizia al Borgo Lu Puleu, basta aprire gli occhi...

Behind every detail, there were people.
Our team, our partners- every who, day after day, helped bring this place to life.

And then, slowly, the doors close.
The table become quiet.
The lights go down.

What stays is everything we shared.

September 25 — an evening of listening differently.

At the Borgo, we slowed down and allowed ourselves to be guided by light, landscape, nature and sound.

For one hour, took us through a Perceptive Cartography: an experience where music met the place, and the place became part of the music.

Not simply a concert, but an encounter between music and landscape.

An hour to pause.
To listen.
To let the Borgo surprise us.

Some gestures tell the story of a place better than a thousand words.
Flour on our hands, the gentle rhythm of pasta taking shape, and the care that goes into folding each Culurgiones by hand.
In our little pasta-making workshop, our guests discovered a tradition that has been passed down through Sardinian homes for generations.
And so, between stories, laughter and a table shared together, an ancient craft became a memory of their own.

Because some traditions are not simply told.
They are learned, shared, and carried with you.

A morning among the herbs of the Borgo.

A botanical walk, gathering wild herbs and, afterwards, a small workshop dedicated to creating aromatic salts.

Our guests learned how to recognise the plants, select them and combine their flavours, turning what they had gathered into something entirely their own.

An experience to enjoy with curiosity, at an unhurried pace, and with the simple pleasure of trying something new.

In mid-August, Lu Puleu has a light of its own.
Dark clouds gather in the distance, the earth comes alive with colour, and prickly pears grow among the stones.
Summer at its most authentic: intense, quiet, wild.
And perhaps this is when August is at its very best.
