For Manufri, we developed a complete automated line covering the entire process, from mixing to sterilization and aseptic filling.

The project allowed us to integrate new technologies with the existing plant, move from manual stages to a continuous automated process and support higher production capacity while maintaining product quality and efficiency.

Our POWERTECH 12/12/4 air-rinsing, filling and capping unit is built for pumpable food products — especially those with pieces.

Here it fills fruit purée and crush fruit into 1-litre HDPE bottles at 5,000 bottles per hour, with 12 air-rinsing grippers, 12 filling valves and 4 capping heads — and room to add 4 more as production grows.
