A pranzo ci piacciono i piatti che sanno essere semplici senza essere banali.

Come questi ravioli robiola e limone con pesto di zucchine e basilico: freschi, cremosi e con quella nota agrumata che rimette tutto in equilibrio 🍋

Il suo Satèn è uno di quei vini che Anna ama raccontare: Chardonnay in purezza, cremoso, avvolgente e perfetto da immaginare con il Lago d’Iseo davanti.

Alcuni piatti cambiano insieme a noi.

Questo ci accompagna dall’estate del 2024 e, nel tempo, ha trovato una nuova interpretazione.

La sarda di lago resta il punto di partenza: Andrea la passa sulla brace per darle una nota di fumo, poi arrivano arancia e pepe di Sichuan a dare freschezza.

I più affezionati forse lo riconosceranno.

Some dishes evolve with us.

This one has been with us since summer 2024 and, over time, has found a new expression.

Lake sardines remain the starting point: Andrea grills them over charcoal to add a smoky note, followed by orange and Sichuan pepper for freshness.

Spaghetto alla chitarra, lightly smoked lake sardines, orange and Sichuan pepper. 🍝

Se venite a pranzo al Ristorante Canneto, è molto probabile che a portarvi il primo calice sia Giada.

Ha iniziato in cucina, poi la sala l’ha conquistata: il contatto con le persone, il servizio, il vino, la possibilità di raccontare quello che c’è dietro a una bottiglia o a un piatto.

Per noi Giada è una di quelle persone che, giorno dopo giorno, sono diventate parte del nostro ritmo.

E se in cucina avanza una porzione di tagliolini di riso, sappiamo già per chi tenerla da parte💙

If you come for lunch at Ristorante Canneto, there’s a good chance Giada will be the one pouring your first glass of w**e.

She started out in the kitchen, but soon fell in love with the dining room: the connection with people, the service, the w**e, and the chance to tell the story behind a bottle or a dish.

For us, Giada is one of those people who, day after day, have become part of the rhythm of the restaurant.

And if there happens to be an extra portion of rice tagliolini in the kitchen, we already know exactly who to save it for. 💙

Forse perché sapevamo che non sarebbero durate ancora a lungo e allora ce le siamo godute fino all’ultimo istante. 🌅
