Il nuovo menù sta per arrivare, ma nel frattempo ci godiamo ancora i piatti che ci hanno accompagnato in questi mesi.

Come la Fassona Piemontese, con crema di carote allo zenzero e panna acida alle erbe.

C’è ancora un po’ di tempo per assaggiarla a tavola

Da oggi il martedì saremo chiusi, mentre la domenica torniamo ad accogliervi a pranzo e a cena.

I contrasti sono spesso la parte più bella di un piatto, quella che rende ogni assaggio un po’ diverso dal precedente.

È da qui che abbiamo pensato i nostri Plin di calamari, con la dolcezza dei peperoni, la freschezza del limone e il guanciale croccante.

Sapori diversi che insieme trovano il loro equilibrio.

Continuiamo a ripercorrere i sapori di questa stagione, quelli che ormai sono diventati familiari, lasciando spazio anche a qualche fuori menù che ci permette di sperimentare qualcosa di diverso.
