Come at Rasa Restro and meet Chef Nikita Kadam brings forth her deep-rooted research, talent, and expertise in Indian food, techniques, and ingredients.
She has unmatched expertise in , , , and .
👩‍🎓Chef Nikita Kadam is an Environment Graduate from PUNE.
She gave up a promising corporate career to chase her childhood dream and passion for making. After a course in Hospitality Management, she began her journey in the top-class kitchen of , Mumbai. Subsequently, she became an integral part of the preopening and launch of the most popular and number-one standalone restaurant in India, . She was also a part of the core team to introduce another revolutionary theme and concept, The Bombay Restaurant & Sweet Shop. She has extensively traveled all over India, to understand, absorb and unravel the wonderful culinary heritage of the country.
Together with Chef Anita Chavan they is producing a side project Gourmet Experience called .anna check it out!

Come to Rasa Restro Chef Ankita Chavan is a specialist with vast culinary experience and prowess in European food (Sousvide, Molecular, and Fermentation).
Chef .chavan13 is a graduate of the Jindal School of Hotel Management
👩‍🎓She has a Diploma in Italian culinary arts from ALMA (Founded by legendary Chef Gualtiero Marchesi) in Parma Italy.
She has done an Advanced Course at , SanSEbastin, Spain. She has worked in renowned restaurants namely Le Cirque - Bistrot culturel & coopératif, New Delhi(French influence Italian cuisine). at Copenhagen, Denmark (Modern Nordic Cuisine), Da Caino at Montemarano, Italy (Tuscan Cuisine), Nerua at SanSebastin, Spain ( Modern Basque Cuisine), and GAA, Bangkok (Modern Thai influence Indian Cuisine). Till recently, she was working with , Mumbai.
Together with Chef Nikita Kadam they have a side project Gourmet Experience called .anna check it out!
