Finalmente eccolo!!! Ci avete incoraggiato, chiedendolo ad ogni cena, apprezzandolo e spesso, strizzandoci l'occhio per il bis. Espressione di un territorio dove il vento attraversando la costa, si arricchisce dell’odore della macchia mediterranea, per poi investire l’entroterra e le essenze meravigliose che vi nascono spontaneamente. Scuotendo monumenti naturali, la tramontana raggiunge il borgo antico di Ostuni che, gode di una vista mozzafiato affacciandosi sulla piana degli ulivi millenari. Qui tutto si mescola coinvolgendo sensi, anima, bellezza, voglia di andare e guardare oltre ogni cosa. Nelle vie strette, tortuose, fatte di sali e scendi, i colori si ripetono: il bianco delle mura, il verde delle persiane e delle finestre, il rosso dei gerani. SELVATICOSTUNI, nasce da questo contesto irripetibile, con la voglia di raggiungere tutti coloro che amano viversi interiormente, cercando ovunque armonia, equilibrio e autenticità.
Expression of a territory where the wind, crossing the coast, is enriched by the smell of the Mediterranean scrub, and then engulfs the hinterland and the wonderful essences that arise spontaneously there. Shaking natural monuments, the north wind reaches the ancient village of Ostuni which enjoys a breathtaking view of the plain of millenary olive trees. Here everything is mixed, involving the senses, soul, beauty, the desire to go and look beyond everything. In the narrow, winding streets, made of ups and downs, the colors are repeated: the white of the walls, the green of the shutters and windows, the red of the geraniums.
