Chef Rudi uses only fresh and locally grown products: meat mainly from local butchers, home-smoked game ham, home-baked bread with olives, walnuts and vegetables, and homemade pasta for all warm starters. The specialities of our cuisine, based on South Tyrolean traditions and Mediterranean scents, are real delicacies for the palate created with passion, imagination and genuine skill.
