Il vitello tonnato lo conoscete già, ma vederlo nascere dalle mani dello Chef Andrea Vecchia è tutta un'altra cosa. 🍽️
Il fondo al caffè e whisky, i capperi fritti, la salsa tonnata: ogni elemento ha una ragione precisa, e il modo in cui lo Chef li racconta mentre lavora lo rende ancora più interessante da guardare.

Sedersi al Ristorante Teatro Magico vuol dire entrare in una sala che porta ancora il peso del 1647, con le travi di legno scuro sul soffitto, gli archi in pietra e, da alcuni tavoli, l'Isola di San Giulio che appare incorniciata dalla finestra come se il paesaggio fosse stato pensato esattamente per quel punto di vista. 🍽️

Il nostro barman Roberto prepara il Lake Breeze, il cocktail della stagione. 🍸
Yuzu, gin infuso al rosmarino, Lillet Blanc e tonica mediterranea, rifinito con sale nero sulla crosta e pepe. Un drink che sa di lago, di aria aperta e di estate che sta arrivando.

Non serve prenotare una settimana intera per godersi il Lago d'Orta. ☕
