At a recent Nuraxi event in Sardinia, we presented the first results of the SABA study, a research project conducted in collaboration with the University of Sassari.

After six months of research, early findings show that lower stress levels, together with daily movement, are strongly linked to longevity and cardiovascular health.

The SABA study is an ongoing research effort and will continue in the coming months, expanding data and insights to build new models of predictive and preventive healthcare.
