NAOSHI ナオシ

NAOSHI ナオシ
Its name comes from the kuse naoshi, the ceramic holder where the chasen, the traditional bamboo whisk used to prepare matcha, is carefully placed.
This subtle reference to Japanese tea culture becomes the starting point for a cocktail centred around Tsukasa no Shiro 司の白, a prestigious ceremonial-grade matcha from Uji, crafted by the historic tea house Ocha no Kanbayashi and chosen for its remarkable depth and elegance.
Kodakara Yuzu, Junmai Kimoto sake and the smooth character of Tenjaku Gin accompany the matcha, while delicate coconut milk bubbles form the final layer.
Naoshi brings together two expressions of Japanese culture: the tradition of tea and the art of mixology.
