THIS RESTAURANT TAKES INSPIRATION FROM AN ANCIENT GREEK CITY: ELORO.
Before Noto, Eloro stood here, an ancient Greek city.
A fertile land, kissed by the sun and the sea, where wheat fields were part of everyday life.
For the ancient Greeks, the fertility of the land was sacred.
And it had the face of Demeter, goddess of agriculture and the harvest.
For the Romans, Ceres.
Demeter and Ceres thus become a poetic inspiration:
the goddess’s gaze over the fertile fields of Eloro,
blessing harvests that taste of sun and sea.
From this land, this history, and this myth, Le Muse was born.
A contemporary Mediterranean cuisine project, inspired by the Sicilian territory.
