🫒 Olive oil harvest 2025
Swipe to see the process from olive to oil and from tree to bottle. Our organic olive oil is harvested by hand in the beautiful sun-kissed hills of the Iblean hills of Southeast Sicily. We bring every day's harvest to the frantoio to get it pressed the same day and therefore allowed to carry the 'extra vergine' label.
This year's harvest was small but of good quality and we decided on a blend of Verdese and Biancolilla olive varieties to give the oil a green, rounded taste with a little spiciness. Perfect to dress your salad, to dip your bread in or to make a pesto!
Our harvest is completely SOLD OUT! Thank you everyone for your love and enthusiasm for our labor of love! We hope that nature allows us an even better harvest this year, so we can bring more Sicilian sunshine to your kitchens and dinner tables!
