La pasta non ha stagione. Buona d'estate, buona d'inverno... e quelle della Cate sono sempre una goduria, avviluppate nel sugo e ricchissime di sapore. Sono solo le 10 ma noi... sentiamo già la fame!
It is always pasta season. Excellent in summer, excellent in winter... and Caterina's ones are always a bliss, well coated in their sauce and flavorful. It is only 10 am and we are already hungry!

Ma quanto sono buone le sogliole di laguna??? Noi le amiamo e le prepariamo in modo semplice, per esaltarne il sapore delicato ma unico. Provare per credere.
How good are lagoon soles??? We love them and prepare them in a simple way, so as to enhance their delicate yet unique flavor. Taste to believe!

L'estate a Murano tra sole e fuoco delle fornaci è calda... ma da noi troverete ristoro! Cibi freschi e saporiti e vini regionali. Non vediamo l'ora di accogliervi!

Croissant con prosciutto e melone, polpettine di melanzane, bottoni di Parmigiano con spuma di tonno, tramezzini con cetriolo e caprino E con gorgonzola e sedano. Questi erano i nostri cicheti per un piccolo rinfresco nello showroom della , ovviamente abbinati a prosecco fresco e una versione al sambuco del cocktail Hugo.
Croissant with ham and melon, aubergine fritters, Parmesan cookies with a tuna cream, tramezzini with goat cheese and cucumber and with gorgonzola and celery. These were our nibbles at the refreshment event held in the showroom of . All to be enjoyed with fresh prosecco and an elderflowers version of the Hugo cocktail.
