Quello passato e’ stato per noi un anno molto difficile 😞
Proprio all’inizio della stagione , abbiamo dovuto affrontare un lutto che ci ha destabilizzato, soprattutto dal punto di vista emotivo e che ancora oggi facciamo fatica ad accettarlo ❤️
A questo si è aggiunta una grave malattia di mio padre 😞, presenza costante , insieme a mia mamma da 30 anni !
Dal lato lavorativo, ci siamo dovuti riorganizzare, accettando delle sfide a noi sconosciute.
Per questo, credo sia doveroso , ma voluto fortemente, ringraziare, in primis, tutto il nostro staff che non ha mai mollato nemmeno per un secondo , impiegandosi anche in altri ruoli 😘
I nostri amatissimi clienti, nonché amici , italiani e stranieri , che sono venuti fino ad oggi a pranzo. Ci hanno incoraggiato e ci hanno dato la forza, sostenendoci con le loro parole e con la loro vicinanza.
Adesso ci prendiamo una pausa e ci vediamo a fine Marzo 🤗
Sicuramente ci saranno delle novita’:
- nuovi piatti e nuovi vini che si aggiungeranno ai nostri menù
- ricercheremo nuovi collaboratori ( per la cucina), che si andranno ad aggiungere al nostro staff al 90% formato da donne ( e che donne 😂)
- modulazione giorni ed orari , così da dare un servizio sempre più attento e permetterci di coccolarvi
Quindi , grazie di cuore a tutti , anche a chi ha provato ad affondarci , perché è proprio da lì che siamo ripartiti , grazie a chi ci aiuta da lassù ed un abbraccio dal profondo del nostro cuore 🥰
The past year has been a very difficult one for us 😞
Right at the beginning of the working season, we had to face a mourning that destabilized us, especially from an emotional point of view and that we still struggle to accept today ❤️
Added to this was my father's serious illness 😞, a constant presence, together with my mother for 30 years!
On the work side, we had to reorganize, accepting challenges unknown to us.
For this reason, we believe it is right, but strongly desired, to thank, first of all, all our staff who never gave up even also taking on other roles 😘
Our beloved customers, as well as friends, Italian and foreign, who have come to lunch up to today. They encouraged us and they gave us strength, supporting us with their words and with their closeness.
Now we're taking a break and we'll see you at the end of March 🤗
There will certainly be some news:
- new dishes and new wines that will be added to our menus
- we will be looking for new collaborators (for the kitchen), who will be added to our 90% female staff (and what women 😂)
- modulation of days and times, so as to provide an increasingly attentive service and allow us to pamper you
So, thank you so much to everyone, even to those who tried to sink us, because that's where we started again , thanks to who help us from up and a hug from our hearts 🥰
