È una differenza che senti già al primo assaggio. Qui i piatti non li ha firmati un nome: li hanno tramandati le generazioni che si sono passate di mano la sfoglia tirata sul tavolo, il sugo che sobbolle piano sui fornelli, il pane sfornato ogni mattina. Le stesse ricette dal lontano 1932, fatte in casa come si faceva una volta, con ingredienti di stagione e niente scorciatoie. 🏡

Ed è per questo che, anche se ti siedi da noi per la prima volta, quel sapore lo riconosci. Sa di domenica, di tavola apparecchiata, di casa. Non c'è bisogno di spiegarlo: basta assaggiarlo. 😋

Il mio piatto preferito? 🍽️ Sempre e solo uno: i Ravioli della Casa 1932. 🍝

Stessa ricetta di famiglia, stessa sfoglia fatta a mano qui a Moltrasio da quasi un secolo. Servo piatti tutto il giorno, ma quando me ne arriva un piatto fumante davanti al lago 🌊 torno bambino ogni volta. ✨

Ciao da Armando! Oggi, al Ristorante La Veranda cucino io. 🤩
Sì, avete letto bene. Oggi mi trovate dove non mi vedete quasi mai: ai fornelli, con la padella in mano e lo chef Paolo che mi tiene d'occhio. Ogni tanto i ruoli si scambiano, e vi confesso che ci prendo gusto.🤣
Perché lo faccio? Perché per me custodire la nostra ricetta di famiglia significa anche questo: metterci letteralmente le mani, assicurarmi di persona che ogni dettaglio sia perfetto e che la qualità che amate resti quella di sempre, senza compromessi.

Yes, you read that right. Today you'll find me where you almost never see me: at the stove, pan in hand, with chef Paolo keeping an eye on me. Every now and then the roles swap, and I'll admit it: I rather enjoy it.🤣
Why do I do it? Because to me, protecting our family recipe also means this: getting my own hands into it, making sure in person that every detail is right and that the quality you love stays exactly what it has always been, no compromises.
