What an adventure !
Three years ago I sold my dear restaurant in Casco Viejo and after few months, I moved back from Panama to my home town in Italy.
After 15 years abroad returning to my home village was a real challenge. Find my path, built a new profession, find a new lifestyle… I faced doubts, uncertainties, loneliness, incomprehensions, gaps. I had no idea what would come for me after my sweet and sour “Caffe per due”, but in Panama I gained enough faith to trust in God and follow him.
I clung with all my strength to his promises and here I am, living the most amazing adventure of all: my life.
Today I work as Tour Manager and I enjoy it very much!
I feel only gratitude for every experience I lived and every person I met! Thanks God I realized that everything had a purpose and had shape me in the person I am today.

I love the joy, the energy, the enthusiasm that i feel when I create a new cake, pure happiness : )
