Oggi è il World Sushi Day, ma per noi questa storia è cominciata quando lo chef Roberto Okabe ha deciso di far incontrare l’energia del Giappone e le influenze del Brasile. Da Milano a Porto Cervo, passando per Roma, abbiamo trasformato il sushi in un vero e proprio stile di vita. Insieme a Cantine Bonfadini abbiamo voluto creare qualcosa di diverso dal solito pranzo: una vera fuga dal caos, senza fretta, dove l’alta cucina fusion ha incontrato la cultura del vino. Dal tour privato in cantina fino ai brindisi sul Lago d’Iseo, ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per farvi staccare la spina.
