Mami Louise crea torte, cupcakes, biscotti, monoporzioni dal design personalizzato e creato a seconda del concept della festa/evento. Le ricette sono italiane, preparate con ingredienti SEMPRE freschissimi e di stagione. Mai aromi artificiali, materiali liofilizzati, conservanti. Solo frutta freschissima, vaniglia in bacche dal Kenia, uova allevate all'aperto e tanto amore!

Once upon a time, a bride dreamed of a wedding cake that looked like a blooming garden.

So, in a little kitchen filled with flour clouds and soft afternoon light, we baked a cake and dressed it in Monet’s garden, inspired by his enchanting water lily pond.

And it stood there in the warm sunlight, as pretty as her love story. In every good fairytale, someone has to be the fairy.
That day, it was us 🧚🪷🍰🖼️🧑🏻‍🎨

The chicest grazing table we did this year 🍇🪞🕯️

Last February, while Milan was in full Fashion Week mode, we took over the rooms of a historic palazzo with not one, but two grazing tables. The first one set the tone. The second one took things to another level.

Towers of fruit and flowers, cakes, canelés, mini cassate, bignè, ganache creations came together in one oversized composition - somewhere between a grazing table and an installation.

Made to be eaten, of course, but first: admired, photographed and explored detail by detail 📸

And with just around the corner, this felt like the perfect time to bring this one back ✨

Over 20 hours of craftsmanship - starting in the kitchen, shaping each piece by hand, and finally packaging.
