ingredients every day. We maintain personal relationships with
all our suppliers, and know the exact sources of our meat, fish and
vegetables. We use this as the starting point for our contemporary style of
cooking, conceived with respect for the raw ingredients, using new
combinations of flavours to produce dishes which are carefully
prepared, light, healthy and delicious. Our commitment here at the
