Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming an international group of 75 guests for an authentic Italian Farm-to-Table Team Building & Dinner Experience just outside Milan.

The evening began with a warm Italian aperitivo before everyone rolled up their sleeves for a truly hands-on culinary journey.

Together, our guests learned the art of crafting fresh mozzarella and traditional Italian cheeses, discovered the secrets behind a perfectly creamy Risotto alla Milanese, and ended on a sweet note by preparing a classic Italian dessert from scratch.

But the evening was never just about cooking.

It was about bringing people together.

Sharing stories over a glass of wine.

Laughing while learning something new.

Breaking down barriers between colleagues who had travelled from different countries and cultures.

Because at Casa Pastrocchi, we don’t simply host events.

Different cultures. Different languages. One unforgettable experience. ❤️🇮🇹🇸🇦

For five incredible days, a beautiful countryside farm just outside Milan became a place of discovery, learning, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

I had the privilege of welcoming an amazing group of students from Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and sharing with them one of the things I love most: Italian food culture.

Together, we didn’t just cook.

We experienced Italy through its flavors, traditions, and stories.

Over the course of the week, we learned how to make fresh pasta from scratch, prepared traditional lasagna, mastered the secrets of authentic risotto, baked focaccia, stretched pizza dough by hand, and created fresh pesto using simple ingredients transformed into something extraordinary.

But the experience was about much more than recipes.

Between breakfasts, lunches, dinners, workshops, and countless conversations, we shared moments that reminded me why food is such a powerful universal language.

I watched curiosity turn into confidence.

I watched strangers become friends.

I watched young people embrace a different culture with open minds, enthusiasm, and genuine joy.

Far away from screens, surrounded by nature, we spent five days learning, laughing, creating, and sharing meals together.

As a chef, these are the moments that stay with you.

Because food isn’t only about what ends up on the plate.

It’s about the people around the table.

A huge thank you to all the students, teachers, and organizers for your trust, energy, kindness, and enthusiasm throughout the entire journey.

It was an honor to share a small piece of Italy with you.

And I hope you will always remember the smell of fresh focaccia, the feeling of making pasta with your own hands, and the friendships created along the way.
