Please let me introduce Enrichetta, our new Maître. She brings with her extensive experience in hospitality and a genuine dedication to taking care of our guests. Her warm, attentive approach and natural ability to make people feel welcome make her a wonderful addition to our team.

Her approach is gentle and spontaneous. She has a natural love for pampering our guests, paying attention to the little details and always making sure they feel comfortable and cared for. She also has a wonderful eye for those quiet, shaded corners of the Masseria where guests can truly relax.

She prefers to be sought out rather than to seek attention, and children absolutely adore her. Madame Enrichetta.

Di recente non so dove non so quando ho letti una frase che ho fatto mia. Chi vede bellezza e’ perché dentro di se’ ha bellezza. E io continuo a leggerla nel giorno. Nella Bouganville che rifiorisce. Nelle zucchine sui cannizzi nel mare nelle prime ore del giorno nel ritorno dell’uva, nell’ danze improvvisate e ebbene si nel cacioricotta sulla pasta ☀️ e ovviamente in tutti i fiori che colorano il bianco della masseria 🌞
