The new Bar Bistrot "Al Vas" opened in 2023 will be the combination of quality and customer satisfaction. It owes its name to the locality in which it is located, formerly called with this term which in the local dialect indicates the presence of a "vas", which means valley, stream. The Bar Bistrot "Al Vas" is divided into three locations:

jetty in front of the hotel with cocktails, drinks and snacks from 12.30 to 24.00, which leans over the water of Lake Garda. Here a few tables for guests who are looking for an exclusive but at the same time simple environment as only Nature can give.. the lake, the mountains, the sky, the stars and the sound of the water.
- The Premium Cocktail Bar area with super drinks from 14.00 to 24.00. This part of the bar opens inside with large windows overlooking the beach, which can also be used in the cooler periods. Other sofas dedicated to the bar instead occupy the Lounge terrace overlooking Lake Garda by the pool... all immersed in the olive grove that surrounds the property directly on the lake.
- On our panoramic terrace overlooking the lake you will find the Bistrot with a delicious menu from 12.30 to 18.00. The terrace can also be used in cool periods thanks to the closable windows. The Bar Bistrto al Vas can be reached on foot along the "Passeggiata delle rose" which runs along the shore of Lake Garda, or by car from the "Gardesana Orientale" parking in the hotel's private parking, or by boat, arriving directly at the pier, where you can dock comfortably, then dine and leave for another shore…
What characterizes the Bistrtot Bar is to make every guest feel like a special guest. The pier is also used for possible mooring by boat, but also as a meeting point for the first toast accompanied by finger food. Das Bar Bistrot "Al Vas" ist in drei Standorte unterteilt:
- Der faszinierendste Teil wird durch einen eindrucksvollen Steg vor dem Hotel mit Cocktails, Getränken und Snacks von 12.30 bis 24.00 Uhr dargestellt, der sich über das Wasser des Gardasees neigt. Hier ein paar Tische für Gäste, die eine exklusive und gleichzeitig einfache Umgebung suchen, wie sie nur die Natur bieten kann. Der See, die Berge, der Himmel, die Sterne und das Rauschen des Wassers.
- Der Premium-Cocktailbar-Bereich mit Supergetränken von 14:00 bis 24:00 Uhr. Dieser Teil der Bar öffnet sich nach innen mit großen Fenstern mit Blick auf den Strand, die auch in den kühleren Zeiten genutzt werden können. Andere Sofas, die der Bar gewidmet sind, besetzen stattdessen die Lounge-Terrasse mit Blick auf den Gardasee am Pool ... alle eingebettet in den Olivenhain, der das Anwesen direkt am See umgibt.
- Auf unserer Panoramaterrasse mit Blick auf den See finden Sie das Bistrot mit einem köstlichen Menü von 12.30 bis 18.00 Uhr. Dank der verschließbaren Fenster kann die Terrasse auch in kühlen Perioden genutzt werden. Die Bar Bistrto al Vas kann zu Fuß entlang der "Passeggiata delle Rose" erreicht werden, die entlang des Ufers des Gardasees verläuft, oder mit dem Auto vom Parkplatz "Gardesana Orientale" auf dem privaten Parkplatz des Hotels oder mit dem Boot, das direkt am Ufer ankommt Pier, wo Sie bequem andocken, dann essen und zu einem anderen Ufer aufbrechen können…
Was die Bistrot Bar auszeichnet, ist, jedem Gast das Gefühl zu geben, ein besonderer Gast zu sein. Der Pier wird auch für ein mögliches Anlegen mit dem Boot genutzt, aber auch als Treffpunkt für den ersten Toast mit Fingerfood. - La parte più affascinante è rappresentata da un suggestivo pontile di fronte all’hotel con cocktail, drinks e Snacks dalle 12.30 alle 24.00 , che si sporge sull’acqua del Lago di Garda. Qui pochi tavoli per gli ospiti che ricercano un ambiente esclusivo ma allo stesso tempo semplice come solo la Natura sa donare.. il lago, le montagna, il cielo, le stelle e il rumore dell’acqua.
- La zona Cocktail Bar Premium con super drinks dalle 14.00 alle 24.00. Questa parte del bar si apre all’interno con grandi vetrate che si affacciano verso la spiaggia, utilizzabile anche nei periodi più freschi. Altri divanetti dedicati al bar invece occupano il terrazzo Lounge con vista sul Lago di Garda a bordo piscina… il tutto immerso nell’uliveto che circonda la proprietà direttamente a lago.
- Sul nostro terrazzo panoramico vista lago troverete il Bistrot con menù sfizioso dalle 12.30 alle 18.00. Il terrazzo p utilizzabile anche nei periodi freschi grazie alle vetrate richiudibili. Il Bar Bistrto al Vas è raggiungibile a piedi lungo la “Passeggiata delle rose” che costeggia la riva del lago di Garda, oppure in auto dalla “Gardesana Orientale” parcheggiando nel parcheggio privato dell’hotel, oppure in barca, arrivando direttamente al pontile, dove poter attraccare comodamente, per poi cenare e ripartire per un’altra riva…
Ciò che caratterizza il Bar Bistrtot, è di fare sentire ogni ospite, un ospite speciale. Il molo é inoltre utilizzato per l’eventuale attracco in barca, ma anche come meeting point per il primo brindisi accompagnato da finger food.
