Guardate questo vapore. Sentite quasi il profumo del sugo che borbotta piano?

Le orecchiette al pomodoro di Chef Dino sono la definizione pura di "comfort food" alla pugliese. Nessun artificio, solo pasta fresca , pomodoro saporito e la maestria di chi cucina con il cuore da una vita. 🌾

Hai pulito il banco, spento la stampante delle comande, la stanchezza ti sta travolgendo... e improvvisamente senti dalla cucina la voce di Dino: "Manuel, ma la pizza per noi?" 😂

La reazione di Manuel dice tutto: l'audio che recita "Ora sfascio tutto" è l'unica cosa che gli passa per la testa in quel momento! Ma alla fine, anche dopo centinaia di pizze sfornate per voi, a una buona pizza per lo staff del Belvedere non si dice mai di no. ❤️

UN MINUTO DI SILENZIO PER CHI SOFFRE CON L’ARIA CONDIZIONATA A 22 GRADI. 🦺

Manuel vi osserva in silenzio. Da davanti a un forno a legna che viaggia fisso a 450 gradi. 😂

Scherzi a parte, ogni volta che sentiamo queste frasi ci viene da sorridere! Ma la verità è che al Belvedere non ci importa quanto scotta la pala o quanto fa caldo davanti al forno: il piacere di sfornare le nostre pizze contemporanee e vedervi felici a tavola ripaga ogni singola goccia di sudore. ❤️
