A Livorno la chiamano 𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚.
E già da questo si capisce che non stiamo parlando semplicemente di cecina.
Qui la torta è una cosa seria. Una tradizione cittadina, un sapore che appartiene alla quotidianità e uno di quei cibi capaci di raccontare Livorno meglio di tante parole.
