La carta è distribuita sui due pasti principali, pranzo e cena, e il concetto di cucina etica è declinato anche nella selezione dei drink del cocktail bar.

The menu is based on seasonality and territoriality. Each dish tells a mountain story, the ingredients are the result of the work of local farmers and breeders. The very production of our dishes aims to minimize waste, bringing to the table not only an authentic mountain taste but also a more conscious and sustainable consumption. The menu is distributed over the two main meals, lunch and dinner, and the concept of ethical cuisine is also declined in the selection of drinks at the cocktail bar.
