„Es gibt einen Platz in Südtirol, wo vieles geht, was sich andernorts überhaupt nicht verträgt. Da trinkt nachmittags um drei auf der Seeterrasse die elegant gekleidete Südtirolerin das saisonale Modegetränk, mit ihren Freundinnen angeregt diskutierend, während sich neben ihr ein Gast aus dem hohen Norden bei über 30° Celsius aus seiner Vollleder-Bikemontur schält, zeitgleich mit seiner – wie er

– nicht ganz untergewichtigen Partnerin. Und am Tisch weiter hinten besprechen drei Bozner Honoratioren Wichtiges. Diese eigenwillige Menschenkonstellation ist im gastronomischen Ambiente wohl nirgendwo zu finden. Hier lebt sie wohlwollend zusammen.“

In questo posto alle tre del pomeriggio si può incontrare un'elegante altoatesina che, sulla terrazza prospiciente il lago, beve il drink di moda intenta a chiacchierare animatamente con le amiche; intanto di fianco a lei un turista arrivato direttamente dalla Germania sguscia fuori dalla sua tuta da moto in pelle mentre lo accolgono 30 C° e altrettanto fa la sua compagna che, come lui, non è esattamente sottopeso. Nello stesso momento al tavolo retrostante tre notabili bolzanini discutono di questioni importanti. Questa originale combinazione di persone non la si trova da nessun'altra parte nel mondo della gastronomia, mentre qui convive in armonia."
