A Few Words About Our Pizza…

We achieve an Old Worlde taste by using traditional methods with our custom made masonry firebrick oven. We use only fresh quality ingredients from local Hudson Valley farmers markets, right down to our homemade mozzarella. The intense heat of the hickory, ash and oak wood perfectly crisps the pizza the way it was originally prepared by ancient Paisans.
