Si presenta con dei banchi di pesce all'ingresso dove è possibile scegliere il pesce da far preparare nella cucina a vista. Il ristorante si trova al piano inferiore ed è caratterizzato da un ambiente elegante e soffuso, con salette riservate perfette per
cene intime o pranzi di lavoro. L'arredamento del locale è minimalista ma al contempo molto accogliente. Il Menu è molto curato e cambia ogni giorno a seconda del pescato e della stagionalità. Il Ristorante & Pescheria Soho di Genova si trasforma inoltre magicamente, all'ora dell'aperitivo, in uno Champagne Lounge Bar ove degustare specialità a base di pesce e frutti di mare freschissimi, accompagnati da cocktails, vini selezionati e Champagne della Maison Drappier, partner ufficiale del Soho. Il ristorante si trova nel cuore della città, in Via al Ponte Calvi, a 100 mt. Soho Restaurant & Fishwork si presenta all'ingresso con enormi banchi di pesce che in giornata viene anche venduto al minuto come si conviene in una vera pescheria, mantenendo coerente l’attività precedente del locale e inalterato lo spirito tradizionale del Centro Storico e dei suoi abitanti. Ampie vetrate separano i banchi del pesce dalla cucina ma lasciano intravedere, senza segreti, le preparazioni dello Chef. Al piano inferiore vi attende un ambiente elegante e soffuso con salette riservate perfette per cene intime o pranzi di lavoro. L’ampia carta dei vini propone interessanti abbinamenti con etichette di produttori nazionali ed esteri. All'ora dell'aperitivo, la Pescheria si trasforma magicamente in uno Champagne Lounge Bar dove, con il sottofondo di musica accattivante e mai banale, si possono degustare le nostre specialità a base di pesce e frutti di mare sempre freschissimi: sushi, sashimi, ostriche e crudité accompagnati da cocktails, vini selezionati ed anche Champagne della Maison Drappier, partner ufficiale del Soho. Ma Soho Restaurant & Fishwork non è solo questo. Siamo o non siamo creativi? Abbiamo recentemente creato anche la nostra gastronomia take-away, che vi permette di gustare, a casa vostra, i piatti del giorno. Gli spazi creati sulle pareti del ristorante sono prevalentemente dedicati a mostre fotografiche ma sono periodicamente a disposizione delle aziende e di chiunque abbia un evento e un prodotto da promuovere. Our restaurant in the heart of Genoa is located on the Via al Ponte Calvi and is 100 meters from the Aquarium in the Porto Antico area. When you enter the Soho Restaurant & Fishwork, you happen into huge counters full of fish, which customers can also buy just like in a real fish market. In this way, we follow the traditional spirit of the old city center and its inhabitants by continuing the former business featured by the building. Broad window-panes separate the fish counters from the kitchen, yet also disclose what the chef is preparing. On the lower level, you will find an elegant, softly lit area with cosy and small dining-rooms, that are perfect for intimate dinners or working lunches. A great deal of attention is paid to the menu, which changes every day according to the season and the type of fish caught. The long wine list includes labels from Italian and foreign producers, so that you can try interesting combinations with any food. When it is time for the afternoon aperitif, the fish stand magically turns into the Champagne Lounge Bar, where you can enjoy our extraordinarily fresh fish and seafood specialties, along with background music that is grooving and never ordinary. Specialties include sushi, sashimi, oysters and uncooked vegetables, accompanied by cocktails, select wines and even Champagne from Maison Drappier, Soho’s official partner. But Soho Restaurant & Fishwork offers a lot more. After all we are creative, aren’t we? We recently set off our own take-away, so you can enjoy the specialties of the day at home. The display areas on the restaurant walls are mostly devoted to photo exhibits, even though they’re sometimes made available to companies and individuals, who have an event or product to promote.
