Oggi vi raccontiamo la tartare di gamberi rosa con tarallo di Agerola, sugna e pepe e stracciatella: un incontro tra la freschezza del mare e i sapori autentici della nostra terra. Ci sono pranzi che non si ricordano solo per quello che c’era nel piatto, ma per il panorama, il vento e il tempo che per una volta sembra essersi fermato. 🌊

Da Luca’s Restaurant puoi scegliere tra Menu di Carne e Menu di Pesce, entrambi a €50 a persona 🤩, con le bevande e il dolce della casa inclusi. E se siete in compagnia 👥 e non avete tutti gli stessi gusti, nessun problema: potete ordinare menu diversi.

Nelle note della prenotazione indicate semplicemente quanti Menu di Carne e quanti Menu di Pesce desiderate. Il resto lo facciamo noi. 🐟

🇮🇹 Il mare davanti, il sole addosso e un piatto che profuma di domenica… anche quando domenica non è. ☀️ Quella crosticina dorata, la crema morbida sotto e il profumo del rosmarino: a volte non serve aggiungere molto, soprattutto quando il panorama fa già la sua parte.

E poi ci sono pranzi che finiscono con il piatto vuoto e quella piacevole sensazione di essere stati, almeno per un momento, esattamente nel posto giusto. ❤️

🇮🇹 C’era il mare, il bicchiere giusto e quella pianta che, evidentemente, ha deciso di prendersi tutta la scena. 🌊🍷

Io intanto bevevo il mio vino guardando l’orizzonte, con la sensazione che per una volta non servisse aggiungere niente (nemmeno un programma per il pomeriggio).

Forse certi momenti funzionano proprio così: arrivano senza essere invitati e poi ti fanno ve**re voglia di restare ancora cinque minuti. ✨🥂

Questa l’ho guardata passando attraverso le foglie, con quella luce lì che fa sembrare anche una curva qualunque un posto in cui fermarsi cinque minuti senza avere nessuna particolare ragione.

Poi, naturalmente, ho fatto una foto: perché evidentemente ormai anche il “non stavo cercando niente” ha bisogno di una prova. 🌿

I looked at this one through the leaves, with that kind of light that can make even an ordinary bend in the road feel like a place worth stopping for five minutes, without any particular reason. 🌿

And then, of course, I took a photo… because apparently even “I wasn’t looking for anything” needs proof these days. 📸✨
