On 22 September, rolls into THE PLACE Firenze from Luco del Mugello with his famous ravioli, tortelli and plenty of Tuscan spirit.

For his first time cooking in a five-star hotel, Gianni will prepare fresh pasta live, before joining Chef Asso Migliore for a "quattro mani" dinner.

No need to reinvent tradition when it already tastes this good.

And there is even more to be satisfied about: all proceeds will support scholarships for young artisans at LAO through .foundation.

Join Chef .migliore and his team as they reveal the art of preparing traditional Florentine schiacciata. Knead the dough by hand, top it with seasonal Tuscan ingredients, then savour it fresh from the oven, paired with award-winning Fattoria di Maiano extra virgin olive oil.
