Walnut, metal, and the precision of Handmade.

For the Aimé Leon Dore Linea Micra, the walnut structure set the starting point. Every aluminum and steel panel had to fit around it precisely, while details like the brass rear rails required traditional welding techniques that industrial processes couldn’t achieve.

Even fixing the logo to the textured surface became its own challenge, solved through testing, experience, and a little persistence.

On Sunday in Lucca, Coffee PortrAIts invited guests to taste coffee in a different way, translating aromas, textures and flavours into visual language through artificial intelligence.

On September 13, Accademia del Caffè Espresso joins the Cook_inc. Festival in Lucca with Coffee PortrAIts, an experience exploring the connection between coffee, our senses, and visual language.

Throughout the day, our Coffee Cart will invite guests to taste a selected coffee and discover its sensory profile translated into an image through artificial intelligence. Turning aromas, textures, and flavors into something we can see.
