Most espresso machines are designed for a fixed room. A counter, a back wall, a permanent setup.
Wallaby Café operates out of a trailer in Canada. The brief was completely different. Compact, mobile, no room for compromise on either output or presence.
The Sixties was built for exactly this kind of space. Compact enough to fit where larger machines cannot, professional enough to never show it. Silent rotary pump, programmable temperature control, lead-free brass groups. Vintage aesthetic that travels well and holds its character in any setting.
The coffee industry keeps finding new formats. A pop-up, a trailer, a temporary installation, a rooftop bar. The machine has to adapt without losing what makes it worth choosing.
The Sixties has been doing that since the beginning.
